Job Summary:-

Understand business requirements and convert them into actionable data models Conduct ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
Mining complex data, processing, cleaning, and validating the integrity of data Create automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance.
Cull out insights from existing reports and propose new reports and powerful but easy to comprehend visualizations as per requirement.
Conduct data research, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, stochastic score card development and other steps as assigned on analytics projects across our Customer Interaction Solutions & Product Support Services and related support functionalities.
Work with database developers and data owners to understand the data sources and the data point description Create & maintain standard documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

0-1 years of relevant Knowledge Ability to understand business problems and convert them into data models Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :-

Expert in using query language SQL Knowledge in analyzing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets using R.
Additionally, Knowledge in SPSS with Market Research preferred.
Excellent understanding of fundamental statistical concepts, Predictive Modeling, Classification techniques,Factor analysis, PCA, Forecasting, Neural Networks, Bayesian Models, Operations Research methods etc.
Hands on Knowledge in a couple of them.
Good understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms is preferred
Knowledge in natural languages processing / text mining is preferred
Exposure to Data Visualization Tools and Knowledge in creating smart dashboards is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research with relevant degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or computer related discipline
Candidates from reputed institutes will be preferred.
