Whether it’s investigating patient trends or weather patterns, you will work to solve real world problems for the industries transforming how we live.
Your Role and Responsibilities

• Consolidate data sets to improve reporting and analysis
• Build data-driven products and experiences that help our customers and directly impact their essential point.
• Provide insights using leading analytic practices, design and lead iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become part of our core deliverables.
• Work with multiple large data set to extract insights for recommendations to enhance business growth.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• One or more of statistical modelling tools: Python (data science stack - NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Tensor flow),R (ggplot2, lm, glm, rpart),Apache Spark MLIB, SPSS, SAS, Weka.
• Extracting data (ETL/ELT) and querying databases – SQL/NoSQL
• Data visualization & reporting
• Working knowledge of - Algorithms and data-structures, Unit testing, Version control, modern devops practices

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with experience in conveying complex concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to analyze and understand business processes across industry sectors and relevant KPIs
• Clear understanding of probability and statistical inference fundamentals
• Intuition and working knowledge of machine learning algorithms
