Practical skills & Experience
* Proficient in SQL and technical aspects of BI
* Deep understanding of data integration processes: API and connector-based integration * Ability to deal with large data
* Knowledge in ETL process and methodology
* Experience in Informatica ETL Developments must
* Fundamental knowledge of Database administration
* Ad-hoc querying using Oracle SQL
* Experience in data visualization using any BI tool
* Developed visual dashboards and reports using Salesforce
* Working experience on any of the survey platform would be beneficial
* Knowledge on Salesforce objects and reporting would be added advantage
Job Responsibilities :

* Has the ability to work with business and system owners to obtain requirements and manage expectations
* Ability to adapt and keen interest to learn new technology and use them
* Follow the data strategy defined by the organization
* Keep up with the backlog prioritization
* Maintain and ensure data is accurate and up to date in all systems handled
* Maintain systems and processes used to integrate data from multiple sources namely Salesforce and other business units' databases using Informatica * Monitor, govern and administrate data refreshes and Reports/Dashboards daily
* Develop visual dashboards and reports for business users using Salesforce and survey platform
* Perform basic administration on other BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI
* Should be able to handle end to end survey development, testing, deployment and reporting using any platform used by the organization
* Provide resolution within the defined timelines/SLA's
* Ability to work in an agile framework
* Having good business acumen
