We are looking for a Data Technician to join our exciting journey.

Digital is responsible for incubating, building, and running new products and solutions for our customers - meaning you are joining a team of fast-moving problem solvers working on varied and interesting challenges. We are a diverse team of technical experts from a range of backgrounds; you don't need to come from an engineering background to succeed here.

The role of Data Technician sits within the software development team.

You will be supporting a varied range of customer-led needs, offering configuration and administration support for our Products. This work will be delivered in an agile manner, working with multi-disciplinary teams and across a variety of business areas with room to grow as we understand the customer needs, consider automation opportunities, and develop your career in a technical team.

Here's What You'll Need:

We need you to have Experience writing SQL queries and reports and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. As well as having great interpersonal and communication skills, you will have an analytical mind that can bring clarity to difficult situations.

Very good attention to detail is important and the ability to produce well-presented reports is essential.

It would be a huge bonus if you had some knowledge of HTML/JavaScript, even some GIS experience, and a familiarity with Agile ways of working.
