To build the sales and service capabilities of the Associates / DDEs and Franchise Partner / Employeesand enable them to operate effectively and efficiently. The Trainer will be required to focus onAssociates / DDEs from multiple channels.Job Context & Major Challenges:To facilitate upskilling and capability building for Associates and Franchise Partner Employees in theregion such that it impacts the overall sales and service levels of the region. Maintain, update, analyze, and publish MIS – training reports and calendar, coverage,assessment, and certification score, pre & post training reports.8. Drive eLearning in the region to ensure 100% coverage.9. Drive and ensure LMS usage.Interview / Selection Panel:The applicant Trainer will be interviewed by RTM and ZTH. Separate interview with RSM is notmandatory. RSM may be involved in a joint panel with ZTH if timing / availability matches.
