Job Description
Leading and managing the team of 80-100 newly hired Delivery Executives and handhold
them during the first 14 days of their tenure
Maintaining trackers and ensuring that Delivery Executives reach specific goals and targets.
To help the new DEs get comfortable in the system and increase their earnings and improve
the retention.
To work on the performance of New DEs
Increase the Effective Onboarding numbers
Controlling Attrition of DEs and recording reasons for them leaving.
Desired Skills:
Relevant work experience of 1+ years in Operations with hands-on exposure in handling a
team of blue collared employees.
Should be extremely soft-spoken with a strong bias for action.
Experience in warehouse, fulfillment or fleet management.
Ensure that Delivery Partners have best-in-class experience on ground and their attrition is
minimized.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Ability to set strong process and
driving the same to maintain best in class partner experience.
Proactive, flexible, and have impeccable follow through. Eagerly take on any tasks that need
to be accomplished, keeping an open and positive attitude
Basic Qualification
Total work experience of 1+ years. Prior experience running large support teams is an added
advantage
Graduate Degree required
