                                     Certification Required: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified

Process: RBL Collection (Banking Collection/Debt Collection)

Experience: Must have 6 months to 1 year experience as a collection executive in any banking process. Candidate should not be from field collections, he/she must have experience in voice process.

Functional Area: Banking Collections/Debt Collections. Demonstrate an aptitude for debt collections & resolve customer query related to product or services to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.

Education: Graduation Qualification/Under Graduate. (Candidates who are only 12th pass out & not pursuing any graduation qualification will not be considered)

Certification Required: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified

Language: - Good English (Speaking/Writing)

Job Description

Follow up with customers in a timely manner for debt collection purpose. Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers. Be able to establish a positive rapport. Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions. Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries received enabling satisfaction of customer. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

-         Must be graduate with basic computer skills.

-         Good English Communication Skills.

-         Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within less time frame.

-         Able to think creatively and structure solution.

Salary: - 11k to 14k + Attractive incentives
