Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Brainstorm creative content for workshops/panel discussions/learning series events
2. Assist with the creation of presentations and other content for the website, social media, etc.
3. Process optimization, standardization, and working with data, as we continuously strive to identify areas for improvement
4. Analyze DEI trends, social demographics, and internal data to develop strategies to be incorporated into the programs

Skills Required

1. Ability to work with a diverse team across businesses and drive change through processes, capability building, and communication
2. Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create a point of view supported by facts to influence stakeholders
3. Ability to effectively leverage communicate one-on-one as well as with larger groups to drive desired outcomes
4. Strong desire to learn and can independently manage projects
5. Bachelor's Degree with 6-8 years experience in HR with preferably one stint in DEI, CSR, Outreach, NGOs
6. Master's Degree in HR or Org Psychology with 1-2 years of experience
