As a delegate Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in the success of TRANSFORMANCE FORUMS. You will work within a dedicated sales team and be managed and mentored by one of our experienced sales managers. On a daily basis, you will be proactively selling our leading-edge product portfolio to existing and potential new customers over the telephone.

Every customer contact counts, and you will be using sales tools and techniques in order to diagnose client needs and match those with our product. Our standards are exceptionally high, and from the moment you join the business, you will receive training and development in order to help you achieve excellence. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives

2. Work with sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis

3. Uphold the mission values and goals of IQPC

4. Be a strong, positive, customer-focused sales executive when dealing with our clients

5. Work well in a team environment giving ideas and working collectively with all members.
