Job Description: 

 TeamLease is looking for Online Demand Gen executives to be part of the Demand Marketing Programs.

The Demand Gen Executive will be responsible for generating leads through their internet chat, email and Telecalling, selling skills.  Possess excellent communication skills to identify potential prospects needs, help them find the right product that best fits his/her needs. This will be done while handling multiple interactions through email, chat & telecalling sessions at the same time in a prompt, professional and friendly manner while focusing on the customer experience.

 The clear focus will be on prospecting to generate opportunities to fix meetings for the Sales Team.

 Key Responsibilities:  

● Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions

● Diligent follow-ups with leads supported by subsequent email communications

● Route qualified leads to sales team by initiating appointments

● Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

● Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts

● Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest

● Generates sales qualified leads as well as closing the sales with online prospects by actively pitching the product features and benefits to fit their requirement.

●  Should be able to demonstrate the product/services through an online collaboration tool like Google Hangout.

● Should be social media savvy and should effectively use social media for selling

● Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets

● Meet and exceed all monthly targets

● Log Lead generation through Salesforce CRM

Relationships:  

 Reports to:  Sr. Manager - Demand Marketing

Supervises:  NA

External Relationships:  NA

Qualifications:

Education: UG -  BBA, BBM, BCA, Bcom, BSc, BE or any graduate with relevant work experience

 

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 -3 years of demand gen experience

Industry Experience:Marcomm Function of a Large MNC IT company or Tier-1 or 2 Indian IT/ITES company and/or IT Product Company and/or Professional Services Company

Work Requirements:  Travel nationally as required

Language Proficiency:            Proficiency in English

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

● Ability Organize and prioritize workflow

● Ability to adhere/respond to established time frames and schedules

● Ability to Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment

● Must possess good communication skills

● Must have good planning and organisational skills

● Strong understanding of sales cycle

● Strong secondary/internet research skills

● Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments

● Ability to recognise problems, reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them

● Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences

● Ability and a keen desire to provide well-executed deliverables in support of the company’s business strategy.Essential selling skills and prospecting skills

● Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills in English

● Interactive one-to-one marketing or sales background, particularly in the SaaS space

● Pitching and Positioning a product

● Objection Handling (negotiation)
