Job Description:
The Demand Gen Executive will be responsible for generating leads through their internet chat, email and Telecalling, selling skills. Possess excellent communication skills to identify potential prospects needs, help them find the right product that best fits his/her needs. This will be done while handling multiple interactions through email, chat & telecalling sessions at the same time in a prompt, professional and friendly manner while focusing on the customer experience.

● Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions
● Diligent follow-ups with leads supported by subsequent email communications
● Route qualified leads to sales team by initiating appointments
● Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
● Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts
● Have a strong eye for research and ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest
● Generates sales qualified leads as well as closing the sales with online prospects by actively pitching the product features and benefits to fit their requirement.
● Should be able to demonstrate the product/services through an online collaboration tool like Google Hangout.
● Should be social media savvy and should effectively use social media for selling
● Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
● Meet and exceed all monthly targets
● Log Lead generation through Salesforce CRM

Qualifications:
Education: UG - BBA, BBM, BCA, Bcom, BSc, BE or any graduate with relevant work experience
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 -3 years of demand gen experience
Industry Experience:Marcomm Function of a Large MNC IT company or Tier-1 or 2 Indian IT/ITES company and/or IT Product Company and/or Professional Services Company
Work Requirements: Travel nationally as required
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English
