Job Description

Demand Generation Manager (Customer Success)
Hyderabad, Telengana, India - Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the lead and adoption programs of the Customer Success team.
  • Manage, evolve and report on the program performance to various stakeholders including Business and Product teams.
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
  • Partner with BuzzBoard’s Account Managers to help them be more effective.
  • Primary and Secondary market research.
  • Using and managing multiple inhouse and third-party applications.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant demand generation experience.
  • Strong MS-Excel and Data analysis is key to the role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to the US markets is a must.
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
