Demand Generation Manager (Customer Success)
Hyderabad, Telengana, India - Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the lead and adoption programs of the Customer Success team.
- Manage, evolve and report on the program performance to various stakeholders including Business and Product teams.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
- Partner with BuzzBoard’s Account Managers to help them be more effective.
- Primary and Secondary market research.
- Using and managing multiple inhouse and third-party applications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant demand generation experience.
- Strong MS-Excel and Data analysis is key to the role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Exposure to the US markets is a must.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
