Job description

1) Issue urgent CML with ASL Stamp and Logo

2) Issue Non Personalized DIS to Customers

3) Handle Axis Bank Branch Queries with respect to DIS Processing

4) Take Dematerialization requests from the customers, Deface the certificates and Issue receipt

5) Handle urgent Statement of Account, Holding Statement requests with Stamp and sign

6) Take customer requests for CML update

7) Support ASL Sales Team for handling Demat queries on ground

8) Follow up with branches to dispatch physical DIS and other service request documents to ASL post processing
