Rough Job Description:
1. Demo Monitoring
a. To monitor the Demo movements for Demo purpose which includes the following steps:
· To approve the demo movements that are raised by requestor on SMART and communicated to marketing team.
· To check all the details mentioned on EDA such as demo plan details, equipment and customer details.
· To verify all the approvals of Demo on SMART and communicate the demo equipment movement to SCM, Tech Service Team and requestor.
· In case of demo extension, to arrange demo amendment from requestor and to track and retain the hardcopy of amendment.
· To send the reminder to the requestor before the completion of the demo period for updating the status of Demo movement whether the demo is going to be closed or extended.
· Upon the completion of demo period, to collect the scan copy of demo closure form from the requestor and to check whether the demo is reported on SMART or not.
b. Other Demo Equipment Movements:
· To approve internal movement of demo equipment with the proper approvals.
· To approve the demo equipment movements required for various events, conferences and Live surgeries.
c. MIS and other filing work:
· To arrange softcopy of DC and GRN from SCM for every Demo request.
· To maintain the demo movement tracker on weekly basis.
· To support Brand managers by providing monthly report of demo equipment movements.
· To collect the hardcopies of all the related documents required for Demo movement.
· To maintain the repository of demo records such as EDA, Demo closure, DC, GRN and mail approvals.
· To maintain softcopy of Demo equipment confirmation arranged from ASMs
d. To solve the queries of sales personnel.
e. To update the demo assets on SMART on the guidance of marketing manager.
2. PEV
a. To prepare PEV documents and raise the PEV request on portal.
b. To help requestor by providing NP4 report to proceed for PEV arrangements.
c. To collect documents from requestor and Brand managers.
d. To maintain repository of original hardcopy of PEV documents.
e. To solve the queries of requestor regarding PEV process.
f. To collect invoices from CWT and to share the same with LPA Coordinator.
g. To maintain PEV tracker.
3. OLPR
a. To raise OLPR request on portal
b. To update requestor on approval / PO creation of OLPR.
c. To maintain OLPR tracker and share the same on weekly basis or whenever it is required.
4. Loaner Movements
a. To play the role of interface between Sales, Tech Service and SCM Team for the movement of Loaner Equipment as most of the machines are under Marketing.
5. To handle Demo Module of SMART portal
a. To communicate CIT team for updation or changes in the Demo module of SMART portal.
6. Demo Assets Reconciliation
a. To reconcile Demo Fixed Asset Register sent by R2R team with the physical availability of equipments on annual basis.
b. To reconcile the number of Demo assets with Fixed Asset Register on regular basis.
c. To keep the track of all addition and removal of demo assets and reconcile the data with R2R and SCM Team on monthly basis.
d. To keep the track of all Demo Handpiece on annual basis.
