Job Description
- Assisting the doctor during dental procedures and instrument sterilisation.
- Responsible for Assisting Dentist in Dental Treatments and Other Office Works.
- Managing Patient, Lab works and Other Treatment Protocols.
- Patient Follow Up, Appointment booking and billing.
- Maintenance of Patient Records, Lab work records, Material Stocks and updating in Software.
- Instruments Washing, Sterilization and Upkeep.
- Back-end Office Works in computer and log books.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing and arranging instruments
- Assist dentists and dental hygienists during dental procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients
- Maintain patient records and update medical history
- Schedule appointments and answer patient questions over the phone
- Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for patients
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
