Dental Support Executive are responsible for –
· Help dental office practices work smoothly.
· Need to understand the dental offices requirements
and verifying the insurances of the patients.
· Need to call the dental insurance company and
get the patient insurance benefits verified before patient visit to the dental
office.
· Verifying claims are going out clean and proper
reimbursement is received for services provided.
· Processing and following up insurance claims and
documenting and coding information.
Requirements:
· Ability to multi-task
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Demonstrated ability to work successfully as
part of a team
· Ability to communicate in English, both verbally
and in writing
Shift timing:
Morning Time: 9am – 6pm
Night Shift: 6pm – 4pm
