Deputy General Manager

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate with CAIIB

Experience : 5 years as Assistant General Manager / Vice President in public / private sector scheduled commercial banks.

Remuneration : 1. On par with Scale VI executive of the bank. During the period of probation the Basic Pay is Rs.68,680/- plus applicable DA and other allowances. The total salary is approximately Rs.1,26,000/- pm 2. Reimbursement of monthly house rent, car with driver and other allowances as applicable to other DGMs of the Bank. 3. In addition, he/she will be eligible for facilities like Gratuity, Leave Encashment and Leave Fare Concession for self and dependent family members, Hospitalization Expenses for self and dependent family members, group insurance etc. as applicable under Bank's rules. 4. Eligible for leave as per the leave rule

Age Limit : 45 to 55 years as on 30.05.2019

Assistant General Manager

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate with CAIIB

Experience : 5 years as Chief Manager / Assistant Vice President / Deputy Vice President in public / private sector scheduled commercial banks.

Remuneration : 1. On par with Scale V executive of the bank. During the period of probation the Basic Pay is Rs.59,170/- plus applicable DA and other allowances. The total salary is approximately Rs.1,07,000/- pm 2. Reimbursement of house rent and other allowance as applicable to other AGMs of the Bank. 3. In addition, he/she will be eligible for facilities like Gratuity, Leave Encashment and Leave Fare Concession for self and dependent family members, Hospitalization Expenses for self and dependent family members, group insurance etc. as applicable under Bank's rules. 4. Eligible for leave as per the leave rule

The history of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd., the then Nadar Bank Ltd., dates back to 1921. The thought of establishing a bank under the guidance of the able Nadar business community was mooted out in the Anniversary of Nadar Mahajana Sangam held at Tuticorin in 1920. The proposal was effected soon. The bank was registered on May 11, 1921 as 'The Nadar Bank Ltd'.
