Deputy Manager/ Administrative Officer /Technician recruitment in Tool Room & Training Centre (TRTC),Guwahati

1. Deputy Manager /1 Post (Level 11, EP Rs. 25350/- under 7th Pay Commission)

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering/Tool & Die Making or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University.

Desirable: Post Graduate degree/ Diploma in Tool Design/Production/CAD/CAM or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University.

Experience: 7 years for degree holders and 9 years for diploma holders in Designing/ Manufacturing/Marketing/Training in Tool Making.

Desirable: Practical Experience in operating machines in Tool Production/Training in Tool Making/Involving CAD/CAM/CNC Technology.

Age: 40 years. Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST internal candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

2. Administrative Officer /1 Post (Level 7, EP Rs. 17140/- under 7th Pay Commission)

Qualification: Graduate from the recognized university/institution with degree in Law/ PGDBM.

Desirable: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/HRD or equivalent from a recognized University/Institution. Passed in CA/ICWA/SAS Examination.

Experience: 7 years in the field of Administration, Accounts, Purchase, Establishment and should be conversant with Govt. rules and regulations on these subjects. Experience in Computer working/MIS.

Desirable: Experience in industrial or similar establishment.

Age: 35 years. Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST internal candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

3. Technician Grade “C” /1 Post (Level 2, EP Rs. 7730/- under 7th Pay Commission)

Qualification: ITI Certificate in Machinist/Turner/Fitter/Tool Room Certificate Course (2 years) from MSME Tool Room or from a recognized institute.

Desirable: Certificate Course in CAD/CAM/CNC.

Experience: 3 years practical experience in reputed Tool Room/Industrial Institute.

Age: 30 years. Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST/internal candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates

Tool Room & Training Centre, Guwahati has been established by Government of India to cater tooling and training need of Industries of North Eastern Region.The State Government of Assam has provided the land as well as initial building to the Tool Room. TRTC has been registered as Government of India Society on 24th February 2000.It is situated at Amingaon Industrial Area, North Guwahati Road, Guwahati-781031. It is a sprawing campus with Administrative Block, Training Block, Modern Workshop, Knowledge Centre, Staff Quarters and Hostel.
