Deputy Manager/Manager – IT – Project Managers PMO

Location: Thane

Education: BE/B.Tech/BSc/Msc/MCA, Certifications like ITIL , Prince 2, PMP, PMI

Work Experience: Overall 5-7 yrs Exp, Relevant 2-3 yrs Exp

Primary Responsibilities:

Drive programs from initiation to closure phase, Meeting stakeholder expectation, Representation to steering committee on overall project status, risk, action plans, milestones, forecast.
Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope. Primarily responsible for managing project deliveries.
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
Responsible for stakeholder communication, attending Project review for representing updates on project periodically.
Part of change control board to drive changes to the program.
Strong people manager and broad experience in managing large teams of different work streams.
Multiple strong examples of the delivery of on time and on budget projects that achieve business case stated outcomes.
Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners teams.
Develop full scale project plans.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
Assemble and coordinate project staff plan and schedule project timelines.

Competencies:

Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Hands-on experience on Project Management Tools /Softwares.
Domin experience of Insurance &IT Software.
