Appoint and support distributors to grow the business in chosen sectors

and segments.

❖ Manage distributors as profit centers by adding value to their business

with a partnership and process driven approach.

❖ Ensure appropriate and legal contracts are issued and performances are

measured against terms and conditions.

❖ Provide sales support by visiting key accounts and by engaging all

functions in Fuchs that could help at delivering customer promise.

❖ Provide sales, marketing and technical trainings / support during the

market launch of new products.

❖ Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct, values and

other relevant policies.

❖ Monitor credit receivables to ensure they stay within agreed timelines.

❖ Ensure all statutory and company required paperwork is up to date

through effective record keeping and organization.

❖ Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements;

providing inputs to the annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing

variances; initiating corrective actions.

❖ Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities;

reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.

❖ Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results

as needed.
