We are hiring for the position of Deputy National Sales Manager with one of the leading organization
Experience: 12+ years
Location: New Delhi
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop sales plan and strategies to increase market penetration PAN India
• Collaborating with Regional Managers to establish and execute a sales goal for PAN India
• Set the vision and develop and adheres to a business plan to attain the company’s mission
• Evaluate market trends in the general trade and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
• Manage PAN India team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals for General Trade
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to wholesale general trade market
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets with the team
• Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Geographical knowledge of region with experience in establishing wholesale/distribution network
