Deputy Registrar /Asst. Engineer (Electrical) recruitment in National Institute of Technology, Warangal

1. Deputy Registrar01 – Administration 01 – Finance & Accounts

Educational and other qualifications Essential: Master's degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC point scale with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: i) Qualification in area of Management / Engineering / Law. ii) Experience of working in E-Office system.

Scale of pay (Grade Pay, Band Pay) Pay level 12 (PB 3, Rs.15600-39100/- with Grade Pay of Rs.7600/). After five years of service as Deputy Registrar in pay level 12 an incumbent will be assessed by Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) for moving to pay level 13 and re-designated as Joint Registrar (personal to the incumbent).

Deputy Registrar (Accounts)

Essential: Master's degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC point scale with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute. Desirable: i) Qualification in area of Management / Engineering / Law. ii) Experience of working in E-Office system. iii) A Chartered or Cost Accountant Degree or Diploma

2. Superintending Engineer – 01

Essential: i) First class B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or its equivalent Grade in the CGPA / UGC 7 point scale with good academic record from a recognized University/Institute. ii) With at least 5 years regular service as Senior Executive Engineer in GP of Rs. 7600/- or 10 years regular service as Executive Engineer in GP of Rs.6600/- or equivalent; and iii) 15 years experience in relevant field as Engineer/ (GP of Rs. 5400/-) or higher level from CPWD / PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization / University / Institution of national importance /reputed organization under Central / State Govt. of which 5 at least years should be as Executive Engineer in the GP of Rs.7600/- or its equivalent.

Deputation (including short term Contract): Officers of the Central PWD /semi-Govt. / PSU / Statutory or Autonomous organization, University / Institution of national importance / reputed organization Experience: i) Holding analogous post or ii) With at least 5 years regular service as Senior Executive Engineer in GP of Rs.7600/- or its equivalent or 15 years experience in relevant field as Engineer / (GP of Rs.5400) or higher level from CPWD, State Govt. or SemiGovt./PSU/Statutory or Autonomous organization / University / Institution of national importance/ reputed organization under Central/State Govt. of which 5 years should be as Executive Engineer in the GP of Rs.7600/- or its equivalent. iii) Possessing educational qualification as prescribed above. Desirable: i) Knowledge of Computer-aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology/other relevant software. ii) Proven track record of handling projects/consultancy in organization of repute. iii) Experience of working with high tension lines, electrical maintenance planning and execution of electrical works or civil engineering, Designing and estimation, construction management etc., as relevant to his specialization.

Age limit for deputation (ISTC) Not exceeding 58 years

3. Deputy Librarian – 01

Essential: (i) Masters Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/ Documentation with CGPA of 6.5 in 10 points scale or at least 60% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 'B'. in the UGC seven point scale and a consistently good academic record. (ii) Ten years experience as an Assistant University Librarian/ College Librarian/ out of which at least 5 years to be in a post with AGP of 7000/- or an equivalent post with GP of Rs.6600/-. Desirable: Experience (supported with evidence) of innovative Library service and commitment for computerization of library.

4. Asst. Engineer (Electrical) – 01

Essential: First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute. OR First class Diploma in Electrical Engineering with excellent academic record. Experience: i) Holding analogous post or ii) 5 years regular service with Grade of Rs.4,200/- as Jr. Engineer.

Desirable: First class in M.E./M. Tech. in Electrical Engineering 5. Period of probation, if any Not applicable 6. In case of recruitment by deputation Deputation (including short term Contract): Officers from the Central Government or Institute of national importance or Universities / University level Institution or PSU / Industry: i) holding analogous post or ii) With at least 5 years service with GP of Rs. 4200 having experience in Electrical wing.
