Deputy Registrar /1 Post

Qualification: Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court or Statutory /Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits: (a) (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) with five years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts level 10 in Pay Band -II, Rs. 9300-34800 GP Rs. 5400/-; or

(iii) with six years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts level 08 in Pay Band -II, Rs. 9300-34800 GP Rs. 4800/-; or (iv) with seven years in regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts level 07 in Pay Band- II, Rs. 9300-34800, GP-4600/- (b) Having five years of experience in personnel and administrative or Judicial work. Desirable: Possessing a degree in law from recognised University.

Principal Private Secretary / 01 Posts

Stenographers in Central Govt or State Govt or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court or Statutory /Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits: - (a) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (b) With six years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts in level 8 of the pay matrix in Pay Band -II, Rs. 9300-34800 GP Rs. 4800/-; or (c) With Seven years in regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts in level 7 of the pay matrix in Pay Band -II, Rs. 9300-34800, GP-4600/-

Desirable: Knowledge in computer operation

Tribunal Master / Stenographer Grade-IGeneral Central Service Group ‘B’ Non Gazetted, Ministerial (Pay Band-II) Rs 9300-34800/- GP Rs 4200/- (Prerevised) Pay Matrix Level – 6 (Rs 35400 - 112400/-) / 01 Post

Qualification:  Stenographers in Central Government or Armed Forces Tribunal or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Court or Statutory /Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits holding: (i) The analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or (ii) Post in the level 4 of the pay matrix(25500-81100) with 10 years regular service in the grade.

Tribunal Officer/Section Officer9300 – 34800 (PB-II) (GP 4600) (Pre-revised) Pay Matrix Level-07 (Rs. 44, 900 – 1, 42, 400/-)/ 01 Post

Qualification:  Persons working under Central Govt or State Govt or Supreme Court or High Court or Subordinate Court or Statutory /Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits: - (a) Holding (i) analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department; or (ii) post in the level 5 of the pay matrix(29200-92300) with five years regular service in the grade, and (b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: - (i) Degree of recognised University; and (ii) Having 2 years experience in personnel, administrative or judicial work. Desirable: Degree in Law

Assistant: Rs. 9300 – 34800 (PB-II) (GP 4200) (Pre-revised) Pay Matrix Level-06 (Rs. 35400 – 1, 12, 400/-) /01 Post

Qualification:  Officials working under Central Govt or State Govt or Supreme Court or High Court or Subordinate Court or Statutory / Autonomous bodies having pensionary benefits: - (a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or (ii) Upper Division Clerk in Level 4 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.25500-81100) with 10 years regular service in the grade in Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or Subordinate Courts. (b) (i) Possessing Degree of recognised University; and (ii) Having 2 years experience in establishment, administration or Accounts 

Upper Division ClerkGeneral Central Service Group ‘C’ Non Gazetted, Ministerial (Pay Band-1) Rs 5200-20200/- GP Rs 2400/- (Prerevised) Pay Matrix Level – 4 (Rs 25500- 81100/-) /01 Post

Qualification:   Officers from Central/State Governments or Tribunal or Commissions or Statutory bodies or Courts: - (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis: - or (ii) holding the post in the pay band-1, Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay Rs.1900 with 8 years regular service.

Library Attendant General Central Service Group ‘C’ Non Gazetted, Non Ministerial (Pay Band-1) Rs 5200-20200/- GP Rs 1800/- (Prerevised) Pay Matrix Level – 1 (Rs 18000- 56900/-) /01 Post

From amongst the Group ‘C’ Staff in the pay band-I Rs.5200- 20200 plus grade pay of Rs.1800 with one year regular service in the grade in the Central Government, Armed Forces, State Governments or Tribunals or Commissions or Statutory Bodies or Courts or Armed Forces Tribunal and who possess the qualifications and experience prescribed in column (7) and have rendered three years regular service in the capacity.
