Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, strong design skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process from concept development to completion. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to create innovative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept development to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements.
• Develop innovative design concepts that meet the functional and aesthetic objectives of the project.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in architecture and design.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Professional licensure (preferred but not required).
