Responsibilities and Duties
Can perform Plan and elevation design, drawings of
Houses, Apartments, commercial buildings and shops..and structural design
Interact with clients and superiors via phone and mail.
Key Skills
AutoCAD,staad,3dsmax
Required Experience and Qualifications
Keyskills
Undertaking complex calculations.
Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
Supervising tendering procedures.
Resolving design and development problems.
Managing budgets and project resources.
Study of all drawing, specification,
Daily /weekly/monthly reporting to Manager/. In case of any work stopped due to quality to be consulted before taking a decision.
Conducting and participating in site meetings and getting the QA observation closures /status/ further project plan activity for reporting to Manager.
