Hands-onexperience in system design of electrical and electronic control systems

·Understandingspecifications and offering solutions with the available technology

·Experience in differentenclosure designs for panels amp; operating consoles, Heat load calculation,Design of panel layouts.

·Preparation of SystemDesign Drawings like GA drawings, Fabrication Drawings, Internal LayoutDrawings, Installation Drawings, Internal amp; External Wiring Diagrams.

·Preparation ofAcceptance Test Procedures, Quality Assurance Plans, Technical Manuals.

·Selection of systemcomponents , preparation of part lists and estimation of price

·Experience incompliance testing and providing solutions for Environmental Testing /Type Testing and EMI/EMC testing as per MIL standards

·Knowledge of PLCs,Controllers, electrical switchgear, electromechanical components, starters andVFDs, etc, is mandatory.

·Knowledge of variousstandards for components like IS, IEC, BIS, NES, Def Stan, UL, etc.

·Knowledge in processcontrol will be an added advantage

·Interaction withinternal departments for co-ordination of various activities

·Interaction withcustomers for feasibility studies and data gathering

·Knowledge of softwaretools like Autocad Electrical, E-plan, Catia, etc. preferable

·Experience in ProjectExecution will be an added advantage
