Job Title: Studio Engineer

Roles And Responsibilities

Create compelling Engineering packages and solutions for delivering design concepts.

Use digital tools, values and procedures to deliver feasible and accurate design output.

Create quick proposals to achieve innovative and optimum design proposals.

Play an important role in the design studio, be a vital part of the design and development process. .

Take complete responsibility of the Engineering and Manufacturing aspect during design and development stages of the project.

Collate and exchange data for digital model assembly for studio inputs and output releases.

Deliver data to downstream departments and assist with data transfer and development through PLM.

Experience & Skills

Understanding of Sheet Metal and Plastics with sensitivity to Design requirements.

Proficiency in CAD is a must with knowledge of delivering quick 3d models for prototyping.

Experience in Motor Bikes and Scooters projects at Design Studio.

Understand the functional and ergonomic requirements to achieve the best design package.

Strong team working skills to understand the needs and build a learning relationship.

Knowledge of Solid works, CATIA, Alias and other 3D modelling tools will be a plus.

Patience to reiterate and deliver and self-driven.

Qualifications

4+ year of experience with automotive studio’s with contribution to production design programs.

Degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is a must.

Degree/Diploma in Product Design/Transportation Design is a plus.
