Radian Engineering Solutions Private Limited was formed in February 2000 as a strong engineering company for 'EPC MEP' solutions. The team believes that our firm is a service industry. The methods and practices adopted to meet the goals are developed after a very critical study of responses from architects, designers, suppliers, and end-users for years together in different capacities namely designers, project and facility managers, and contractors.

We, at Radian, believe that feedback is based on interaction guides improvement. We encourage our associates for feedback on what they feel needs improvement, whether it is our client, architect, project manager, supplier, sub-contractor, or our own team. The purpose is to bring our best efforts to improve by way of constant interaction.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand clients' concepts for designing
2. Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project
3. Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science, and materials in order to create
4. an ideal finished product
5. Conduct site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards
6. Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process
7. Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets
