UI UX Designer

Job Description 

• - We are looking for a UI/UX designer with a special place in his heart for designing and the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You should get excited about creating beautiful looking consumer products (Apps/ Websites/Graphics) that are simple to use, intuitive, and responsive. 

• What responsibilities will you get when working with us? 

• - Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand over to the technology team 
• - Collaborate with product managers and tech team throughout the design life-cycle such as product wireframes, user flows, information architecture, mockups, and visual design.
• - Design new products, user interfaces, and user experiences from scratch across multiple platforms - mobile, desktop, applications.
• - Simplify complex user flows and interactions which are scalable as the products evolve.
• - Should be good at Iconography, creating Product Assets, and Graphics. 
• - Ability to execute Social Media Creatives, Notifications, Emailers, etc. 
• - Create a design theme that promotes a strong brand affiliation and brand recall within the target group.
• - Hands-on experience in creating short videos and editing. 

Skills and qualification for this role : 

• - 3-plus years of experience in Graphics, Illustration & UI/UX design.
• - Formal education in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Motion, Graphic Design, or related field of study is a plus.
• - Good aesthetic sense especially in the domains of typography and color theory.
• - Strong online portfolio showcasing your best work.
• - You must have proven skills with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, XD),Sketch, Invision, Marvel, Jira, Trello, Zeplin, etc. 
• - Experience creatively solving hard problems; shipping innovative and complex products within deadlines.
• - Self-motivated without layers of people in between.
• - Excellent communication skills; should be comfortable presenting work to product managers, stakeholders, and developers.
