Core Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with internal Amazon teams and design marketing collaterals- onsite and Offline (Print Ads, flyers, brochures, posters, newsletters, mailers, social media posts, online banners, landing pages) for marketing campaigns

2. Develop visual guidelines and templates for marketing programs

3. Develop UI/UX mock-ups for new storefront launches

4. Manage and liaison with marketing agencies and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent certification

· 3+ years of professional experience as a visual designer

· Proven track record of problem solving and delivering win-win solutions for clients and business

· Working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

· Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

· Excellent stakeholder management skills

· Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a visual designer with a design agency having worked on e-commerce clients
