Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answering their queries regarding the concierge service.
  • Handling customer queries over telephone/ in person.
  • Collecting the required documents and cash for the concierge service request.
  • Supporting in regional benefits initiatives to Assistant Manager Ops.
  • explaining about concierge service.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

  • Good Communication in Hindi and English
  • Good Written Skills (to take care of email)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Qual: Any graduate
  • Location: Goregaon east, Mumbai
  • Job Types: Part-time, Fresher
  • Timings: 2pm to 6pm
  • Salary: 5k take home + esi+pf
  • Exp: Only Male Freshers
