§ Managing System Inventory.
§ MS OS and Office Application Troubleshooting.
§ Troubleshooting Hardware, Software and Networking problems.
§ Software installation/upgrade/rollouts.
§ Troubleshooting Network issue.
Requirements:
§ Good Communication Skills.
§ Should be open to work in 24*7 shift environment
§ Minimum 1-3 yr experience in Desktop/Network support.
§ Knowledge of Microsoft Applications like Word, Excel & Outlook is a must.
§ Citrix & Video Conferencing knowledge will be an addon.
§ Experience on Windows Server will be an addon
