• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows.
• Troubleshooting Quality in windows related issue like login issues, connectivity issue,
LAN issues OS issue, Browser and Proxy, VPN Setting, a
lowness/freeze/BSOD/hanging/restarting and other OS related settings.
• Configure, install, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions via Active Directory.
• Respond to support tickets using ITSM tools, (ManageEngine ServiceDesk) and
ensure timely resolution.
• Assist users remotely and on-site using tools like Remote Desktop, or Any Desk.
• Set up and support Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Diagnose basic network issues involving IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and create user guides when necessary.
