Job Description

Greetings from IGNITES Human Capital Services' 
  • We Have Excellent Openings in MNCs International/Domestic BPO for Freshers/experienced(with excellent communication skills in English&Hindi). Those who are Looking for BPO, day/uk/us shift 
  • Minimum 6 months of call taking experience in Technical support (Hardware/Software) or 1 year Field service in PC, Desktop support 
  • Fluency in English & Hindi language. 
  • Knowledge on PC hardware, Windows OS, Wireless and Networking troubleshooting. 
  • Typing speed minimum of 25 words per min 
  • Should be fluent in communication skills both spoken & written 
  • Strong problem-solving and client facing skills 
RESPONSIBILITIES:- 
  • To provide best in class Technical support to customers over Phone. 
  • Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported. 
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. 
  • Follow standard operating procedures & escalate to internal teams for quicker resolution. 
  • Document solutions in the form of the knowledge base, Tech notes and Articles and help build a robust knowledge base which can be referred to in the future. 
  • Day Shifts, 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. 
  • Bachelors degree / Diploma with a minimum of 13 years Education. 10th plus Diploma also 
  • Min 6 Months Experience is mandatory Profile Summary 
  • Salary:- 2-3.5 lakhs
  • Do Carry:- 
  • 5 Copies of Resume 
  • 1 Passport photograph
