· Installation and troubleshoot Microsoft OS Version and Microsoft Office Version and Authorized desktop Application.
· Installation and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
· Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network
· Desktop Support up to Client Level including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems for Connectivity. Configured and Troubleshooting of various PC Hardware Components./ Outlook Configuration, Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup./ Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
· Documentation update in engineer scop
