You will be hired on a daily basis as per the requirements and will have to visit different client locations as per the demands. Responsibilities and Duties
- User tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
- Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests
- Help create technical documentation and manuals
DESKTOP ROLE:- Well Versed with: Microsoft operating system(Windows 7, Windows 10)
Configuration and troubleshooting the system.
MS Outlook 2010/2013 configuration and troubleshooting. Hardware troubleshooting.
Applying group policy to the systems.
Symantec Encryption Soft. installation and troubleshooting.
Machine Role:- Expertise in installation, configuration and management of various kinds of machines like video conferencing, workstation, printers, etc..
Required Experience and Qualifications
Intermediate, Graduate or Diploma
