  • Location:Andheri (E) – Saki Naka
  • Mandatory Requirement

Job Description
  • Candidate must have 1 year experience in desktop support. (Preferably call center, technical process background)
  • willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Candidate should have knowledge on any one technology Antivirus//windows OS/Outlook/DHCP/DNS.
  • Ready to work on 24x7 support
  • Desired Skills
  • Ability to Understand and support devices likes Desktops/ Laptops, Printers.
  • To provide support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC/Server problems.
  • High level Desktop troubleshooting and maintenance(Customer support executive)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows installation and Application troubleshooting experience (eg: MS Outlook/Outlook Express)
  • Antivirus Software Installation and troubleshooting
  • Windows/Microsoft Updates/Patch Management.(Not that important for PST)
  • Installation / re-installation, upgrades and patches for desktops.(Not required for PST)
  • Patching on antivirus servers, DNS, DHCP, backups.(Not required for PST)
  • Basics knowledge of Servers and AD/ Exchange (optional)
  • Installation & troubleshooting of all MS windows operating systems.
  • Configuration of Email Clients & troubleshoot.(Optional)
  • Configuration of Printers & basic diagnosis.(Optional)
Educational Qualification
  • Any Graduate (Only Male candidates)
  • Experience:Should have 6 months and above yrs of experience (Freshers with good communication skills and with some technical knowledge into desktop support may also apply)
