Have knowledge about Design Software
Format and OS installation knowledge on Win 7 and above
Should have knowledge of Gateway, Active directory, DNS, DHCP
knowledge of hardware & networking
OS Installation and troubleshooting, patches updates, etc.
User Profile configuration and management
Having sound knowledge on Windows 10 operating system
Outlook configuration and PST management.
Antivirus configuration and management
Should have knowledge on file sharing and permissions
USB / Network Printer management and configuration.
Internet and Intranet issue management
AD, Antivirus, Proxy basic tasks management
Basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wireless and WAN
Spares management and inventory update
