Roles and Responsibilities.
Troubleshooting and installation of printers, scanners, Office and Business application installation and configuration.IP Address and IP-sub-netting knowledgeHand on experience on desktop assembly and windows operating system installation and
troubleshooting on Win7/Win8/Win10 and Server 2008/2012/2016/2019VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS working knowledge.Installation / configuration/archive of outlook e-mail clientAntivirus client installation and Definition update.Microsoft patches and service pack update on the system.Working knowledge on Active Directory (Creation/Suspension of Users, Organizational unit, service accounts and password reset),domain servers/DNS, domain controllers, IP addressing/DHCPExcellent remote troubleshooting skills (Laptop, Desktop, Printers, servers, storage, backups)Experience in handling user administration (G Suite, Azure Active Directory, NAV, Office 365, Dropbox, etcWorking knowledge on Active Directory (Creation/Suspension of Users, Organizational unit, service accounts and password reset),domain servers/DNS, domain controllers, IP addressing/DHCPBasic Understanding of LAN network and troubleshooting.Configuration of a basic router and wireless access pointBasic knowledge of ticketing tool to assign, update and close tickets in tool.Ability to communicate at all levels, both technical and non-technicalAbility to perform well as part of a team under direct & indirect supervisionGood communication skills (active listening skills),documentation skills, able to articulate and speak with a clear voiceAttitude to Seek out new assignments and additional job duties, especially those outside the normal work area.Awareness of Information security policy and adherenceCoordination with IT vendor for warranty support and call logging.Good communication skill verbal, email.Escalating IT issues to the next level where necessary and keep the user informed on call.
