Job Description

Required 1.5+ yearsâ experience in Desktop Support & Helpdesk Support with good communication skill.
Knowledge required for Remote resolution and support.
Knowledge required for Operating System (OS) installation & its troubleshooting.
Knowledge requires for MS Office installation, Outlook configuration (o365) & its troubleshooting
Knowledge requires for Printer installation & its troubleshooting
Knowledge required for Antivirus installation & its troubleshooting.
Antivirus patch updates, version update , Compliance (PGP,DLP etc.) update as per policy.
Knowledge required for the Internet / Network devices & their troubleshooting.
He must have worked previously at a location where at least 100+ Users are working with AD and Domain environment

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:Graduation or 12th+ Diploma
Experience Required: Min. 1.5 Years of work experience

Preference:

Candidate must have good voice and mail communication.
Basic Knowledge of computer H/w and Networking
Basic Knowledge of ITIL Process (e.g. SLAs , Ticketing Tools, Service Request, Incident, IMAC etc.)
