Job Role- Desktop Support Engineer L1 and L2
Duties and Responsibilities:o
Maintain and trouble shoot end User systems issues for ensuring uptime and User satisfaction.
Provide status update to end users for calls logged with tech support. Any status change done in the tool would be updated to users.
Software application upgrades (such as MS Office, SAP and other Standard Software) would be considered in the scope. Application updates can be performed using BMC Client Management / SCCM.
Perform proactive and reactive troubleshooting to effectively identify potential incidents or problems and attempt to eliminate them before they occur.
SOP based L1 Support for VC and AV Equipment would be included. Vendor coordination for L2 Support.
MSP would support and coordinate for physical movement of assets.
Perform IMAC related task.
Provide support for Windows and Apple OS. Support in installation, reinstallation and OS upgrades.Apple OS for normal DL2 would be additional benefit
Provide Hardware breakdown support services.
Diagnose problem and provide hardware support in coordination with AMC support team.
Co-ordinate with the AMC / OEM provider to repair / replacement of parts.
Modification of system hardware and applications to be checked
Support central team for Image Rollout with latest Applications, Security Patches and
Maintain Latest Softwares and Operating Systems Images across all locations.
Provide SOP based L1 Support for Company-provide iPad, Samsung Tab for all locations.
Provide SOP-based support for client approved Application configuration in Mobile Devices.
Support for end user for the resolution of desktop, tablets, laptops, email, printers and other peripheral equipment, custom application problem calls.
Ensure installation of agent, upgradation, uninstallation and troubleshoot of Windows & Mac System.
Maintain daily checklist which would include Critical Devices, AV Equipments, UPS.
End to end ownership for UPS, Video Wall, Digital Screens, CCTV (Footfall) would be with MSP except part replacement. - This will be limited to vendor coordination for the administration, configuration and maintenance activity.
Third-party coordination with MSP for Non-IT Assets would be in scope of MSP.
Administration of the attendance biometric system including user and access management and reporting.
Periodic health status check of UPS and batteries. UPS and batteries maintenance and testing along with reporting. Co-ordination with third party vendors in getting issues resolved. - This will be limited to vendor management for periodic health checkup and maintenance
Eligibility Criteria-
Must be a graduate
Must have excellent communication skill(verbal and written)
Must have experience of 6 months to 1 year for L1 and 1- 3 years for L2 support
Must be comfortable to work on rotational or any shift time
Should have completed 15 years of education with marks 50% or above(must have the documents)
Should have aadhar card,pancard,offer letter,last 3 months payslips or experience letter of previous company
Education or career gap should not be more than 2 years
Salary And Benefits-
L1 support : Rs 12244 in hand per month + PF & ESI and ctc will be 16k per month
L2 support : Rs 13406 in hand per month + PF & ESI and ctc will be Rs 17k
