Job Description

We are hiring for desktop support executive for Mumbai thane location for Hp process with good comm skills and knowledge about windows 8/8.1/10.
Must have exp of 6 months of international calling .

Roles and responsibilities

Provide phone/email/help desk-ticketing technical support to end users on hardware & software .
Conduct remote troubleshooting of computer problems
First level hardware support for end user elements
Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.
Support for standard software issues (Isolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues to respective Supplier.
Installation / configuration of e-mail clients
Troubleshooting e-mail client related issues
Troubleshooting issues related to standard office softwares (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet client .
Remove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software.
Provide VIP support to the identified list of users
