Role Description
Developer role is responsible for developing, testing and maintaining the application/s with established processes.
This role will report to Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technical designs based on requirements
Develop application code for programs while following coding standards
Develop and execute unit tests
Complete Analysis & documentation as required by the project
Support application testing and resolve test defects
Report status updates as required by the project
Follow established project execution processes
Get actively involved in Training, self-development & knowledge sharing
Ability to develop process efficiencies via automation
Skills: Primary skills: JavaScript (NodeJS),APEX (Salesforce) development, API development
Secondary skills: any OOP language or .Net, Mulesoft
Good understanding of Modern Web technologies
Good hands & current experience on Design patterns
Understanding of Project Architecture
Ability to translate business into technical solutions
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking mindset
Collaboration and relationship building skills - Self-driven, motivated independent learner, showing initiative
Ability to pick up new technical skills � should have independent self-learning mindset
Additional Preferred Experience
Salesforce developer advanced admin or architect certification preferred
Experience in implementing or maintaining Salesforce CRM
Experience with implementing and customizing vendor tools
Qualifications: Must Have
Education: Graduate Bachelor's degree (any stream)
Other: Strong technical skills. Knowledge of SDLC. Good aptitude, positive attitude, strong reasoning and communication skills. Must be a good team player. Good analytical skills and research oriented.
