Job Description

Developer / Software Engineer

Location : Mumbai, MH, IN

Requisition Number : 301015

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • The Senior eLearning Programmer will be a member of the Learning Lifecycle Management (LLM) team, based out of Mumbai. His, her core role will encompass the following key tasks:
  • Understand technical requirements for eLearning courses and implement those requirements.
  • Manage the existing eLearning development architecture, framework and edit it to meet clients’ requirements.
  • Develop a new eLearning development architecture, framework, if required.
  • Ensure that courses are SCORM and AICC compliant and integrate successfully with different Learning Management Systems (LMSs).
  • Test courses to ensure that they function as expected on the LMS and fix issues, if any.
  • Develop templates that can be re-used across courses, thereby, increasing productivity & reducing development time.
  • Learn new tools and technologies (eLearning-related) and train team members
