Desired Technical skillset
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools.
Experience with version control software, code review tools, such as Git, Jenkins along with agile life cycle tools is preferred.
Good Knowledge of container Technology, LXC, LXD.
Good Knowledge of Docker & Docker clustering using swarm.
Adept in Image Creation, Management, Registry install / config & troubleshooting.
Expert in Orchestration, HA & troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of docker Storage, drivers and Volumes
Expert at Docker Networking.
Configurational understanding of Docker Security
Architecting Kubernetes with virtualization technologies and Red Hat KVM architectures
Design Kubernetes and container solutions, architectures and roadmaps
Deploy Kubernetes and container solutions to various platforms.
Experience of working on Converged and Hyper-Converged architecture design iplus Linux administration experience preferred
Good knowledge of Private cloud such as Vanilla Openstack, RHOSP and RDO.
Good knowledge of core component of openstack stack such as Keystone, Nova, Neutron, Glance, Heat and Ceph.
Good knowledge in Heat template writing.

Job Description

Core member of Reliance Jio 5G Cloud Native R&D and DevOps team.
Develop and maintain an advanced platform to manage Docker & Kubernetes clusters lifecycle
Develop tools for automated build, test, deployment and management of the platform
Openstack cloud installation from scratch with desired configuration.
Openstack issues troubleshooting with various services.
Improve continuous integration and delivery systems
Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality
Perform system & application patching
Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures
Participate in the definition of standards, guidelines and best practices
Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards
Answer user’s query and service requests
Participate in R&D effort bringing new ideas and new technologies
