Key responsibilities

 Deploy, automate, maintain, and manage an AWS production system

 Install, program, maintain, and oversee an AWS production environment.

 Ensuring that the production systems on AWS are scalable, secure, and dependable

 Utilizing system troubleshooting and problem-solving methodologies to resolve

issues across various application domains and platforms

 Automating various operational procedures through tool design, upkeep, and

management

 Lead the engineering and operational support for all Cloud and Enterprise

installations.

 Lead the platform security initiatives for the organization by working with the core

engineering team.

 Provide CI/CD and IAC standards, norms, and guidelines that teams can adhere to.

Key skills and experience required

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

 Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer, with expertise in AWS services

 Solid experience in cloud-based operations at scale

 Strong experience with AWS products/services and Kubernetes

 Good experience on Java development

 Experience developing Infrastructure as Code in Ansible, CloudFormation,

Terraform, etc.

 Experience with CI/CD solutions like Argo-CD, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins

 Experience with common relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL

 Good understanding of event messaging, networking, and distributed systems

 Should be able to work independently
