DGM (Marketing) Grade (E6)
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent from AICTE recognized University / Institute.
Experience : Minimum 16 Years of Industrial experience in the area of Steel/ Metallurgical /Mining/ Mineral Processing / Engineering Goods Manufacturing / Railways / Ship Building/ Engineering Consultancy Services / Defense Production etc. Experience of minimum 01 (one) year in Marketing area is essential. Should have excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production Engineering or equivalent from AICTE recognized University / Institute.
Experience : Minimum 16 years of experience in an Engineering Industry and having adequate exposure in following areas: Forging Technology – Design engineering, manufacturing & quality assessment using state of art technology for Forging. Foundry Technology – Fundamentals of Melting, solidification, technological basis of manufacturing heavy duty casting, Design & feeding systems, moulding methods & process quality assessment. Along with production planning and control, maintenance, quality assurance and supply chain management Must have strong management, leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Experience : Minimum 16 years of experience in an Engineering Industry and having adequate exposure in the following areas:- 1. Machining 2. Fabrication 3. Assembly 4. Testing 5. Erection/Commissioning of capital equipment. Must have strong management, leadership, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Experience : Minimum Thirteen (13) years for E5 Grade or Ten (10) years for E4 Grade, Post qualification experience in the executive grades with experience in Research and Product Development (Design) / Maintenance / Erection and Commissioning in an engineering organizations in the following fields: 1. Bulk material handling equipments 2. Various types of Cranes 3. Earth moving equipments 4. Steel Plant Equipments 5. Gear boxes Preferable Experience: Exposure to 2-D, 3D Design software
