Job Description: Dialer Specialist - Assistant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Dialer Specialist who has expertise in handling Ameyo, Exotel, and Genesys tools. As an Outbound Dialer Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing outbound communication campaigns and ensuring efficient and effective call operations.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize Ameyo, Exotel, and Genesys tools to manage outbound dialing campaigns and maximize productivity.
· Set up and configure dialer campaigns, ensuring accurate data input and campaign parameters.
· Monitor dialer performance and campaign progress, making necessary adjustments to meet campaign objectives.
· Conduct quality assurance checks on call lists and data to maintain high standards of accuracy.
· Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to align dialing strategies with business goals and targets.
· Analyse campaign data and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
· Optimize dialing strategies, pacing, and call routing to maximize contact rates and minimize unproductive time.
· Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dialing technology, making recommendations for tool enhancements and process improvements.
Requirements:
· Should hold a minimum experience of 2 years in this domain.
· Prior experience as an Outbound Dialer Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
· In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Ameyo, Exotel, and Genesys dialer tools.
· Proficient in managing outbound dialer campaigns, including setup, configuration, and performance monitoring.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
· Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving mind-set with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
