9. Deliver outstanding customer service by quickly responding to consumer inquiries and issues

Knowledge & prerequisites:
1. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
2. A degree is not mandatory, but the candidate should have great communication skills and knowledge of documentation.
