Rooter is a Sports Content based community platform that is allowing sports fans to create and consume content. We are an Audio/ Video first platform with broadcasting features that allows fans to do commentary, analysis, conducts quiz, polls, video chat with 3 or more fans while taking comments from hundreds and also become an influencer. Rooter also offers sports content in more than 10 Indian and 2 International languages, which makes it a very unique product in the market.

The biggest differentiator of the platform is the personalized feed for every user depending on this choice of sports, language and usage pattern.

Rooter also recently launched Live Streaming for Mobile Games, thereby increasing Rooter’s content offering beyond Sports to now Gaming and Esports also. Rooter also got Live online Broadcasting rights for Vanuatu T10 Cricket League.

India has close to 400mn Sports Fans who are online. While the English speaking fans, particularly cricket, have platforms addressing their need, the rest 300 million fans, mostly coming online now, have no medium to consume sports and also connect with each other. They largely rely on regional media platforms and their selected sports sections to consume content.

Rooter’s vision is to create a technological product that connects fans with each other and helps them form a community. We believe that the current social layer of sports across popular platforms like Facebook, Twitter is very fragmented and sports genre needs a dedicated medium for fans to connect and interact, especially given the rise in number of Sports Fans coming online in India. Sports basically needs a Goodreads, a Spotify or Twitch which gives fans an opportunity to express themselves beyond clutter of politics, movies etc.

Rooter is a Paytm invested company and the only Indian Company ever to be selected for prestigious IeAD Sports Accelerator Program run by Adidas Family in Berlin, Germany. IeAD Fund is also a key investor in the company aside from other funds like Anthill Ventures, Venture Catalysts and famous personalities like Actor Boman Irani, Rana Dagubatti etc.

Job Description: Digital Ad Operations/Client Servicing

CTC: 8- 10 Lac per annum

Location: New Delhi

What are we looking for?

Digital Ad Operations/Client Servicing who will

• Manage day-to-day digital advertising operations
• Responsible for reporting and tracking of revenue and monetization performance
• Maximize programmatic revenue through yield analysis and optimization
• Collaborate across departments to continuously A/B test and analyze new ways to drive programmatic revenue
• Manage all Individual tag-based programmatic partners to set up ad placements and constantly test and review results with the objective of increasing yield
• Setup new programmatic ad deals. Develop and foster strong relationships with media partners & publishers. 
• Manage the in-app user gratification framework on a daily basis
• Manage in-app and website promotion
• Will Pitch for new clients, answer queries, offer advice and introducing new products
• Be the key contact between an organization and its clients
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information

Job Responsibility : -

• Manage advertisement inventory on a day to day basis - Admob, DFP, etc.
• Work on optimizing ad network revenue and formulate new strategies
• Work closely and assist founders in daily tasks and operations
• Manage the user gratification framework on a daily basis
• Manage in-app and website promotion

Education Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree (Graduation)
• Experience of using DFP, Admob, Google Analytics & other programmatic ad networks
