Scott Baker Cafe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital and Social Media Executive to oversee and execute the digital marketing and social media strategies for our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging content across various digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

Plan and execute online advertising campaigns to reach the target audience.

Manage and grow the brand's presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video content, to foster community engagement and increase followership.

Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

Produce high-quality, creative content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of digital and social media campaigns.

Work closely with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

6 months experience in digital marketing and social media management.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
